Francesco started playing drums at the age of 9. At 14, he was recording demos for friends using a 4-track cassette. During the next 15 years, he ran a few different studios in Italy, working with all the major Indie/alternative Italian bands and playing drums with Giardini di Miró. In Berlin since 2011, Donadello opened the Vox-Ton Recording Studio, one of the most important facilities in the German capital. Occasionally, he plays modular synths alone or with bands like Stars of the Lid, Liars, and A Winged Victory For the Sullen. His latest work includes recording the soundtrack, at Abbey Road Studios, for the composer Rob Simonsen (The Whale), produced for the first feature film exclusively for the Sphere in Las Vegas, Darren Aronofsky's Postcard from Earth.
