8:00 p.m. screening of *OLTRE I VENTI DEL SUD* - 8:45 p.m. screening of *MOREMBE* - 10:10 p.m. screening of *IL MONARCA DELLA PALUDE* -- Some stories begin in the mountains, others among the ice, in the forests, or along roads that traverse remote territories. From October 16 to 18, 2026, Film Trail Locarno brings these stories to PalaCinema through film, literature, music, and encounters with those who have lived and recounted them. The new festival, curated by director Fulvio Mariani and author and mountain guide Mario Casella, weaves together international documentaries and productions from Italian-speaking Switzerland, books, personal accounts, and conversations centered on the themes of adventure, nature, sports, and the mountains.
