General Terms and Conditions for Cinema Auditoriums

Admission to the cinema auditoriums is permitted only with a valid ticket. The ticket entitles the holder to enter the auditorium for the screening of the relevant film at the specified time. Purchased tickets may not be exchanged or returned. The resale of tickets for commercial purposes or at unofficial prices is not permitted.

The regulations regarding the age classification of films are binding. Persons who have not yet reached the relevant age limit will not be admitted. Further information can be found on the canton’s website.

Tickets purchased online must be presented to cinema staff, just as tickets purchased at the box office must be. All details on the tickets, in particular the barcode, must be legible and visible.

It is not permitted to bring food or drink into our auditoriums from outside, unless purchased at PalaCinema. By law, only adults (aged 18 or over) are permitted to consume alcoholic drinks.

It is strictly prohibited by law to record images, videos or audio during film screenings, even if only briefly or for social media purposes. Following an initial warning, cinema staff are obliged to alert the authorities, and the Management is obliged to file a complaint.

Smoking and vaping are prohibited throughout all our premises. This ban covers all types of cigarettes, cigars, pipes and e-cigarettes of any kind. Following an initial warning, cinema staff are obliged to ban the offender from the premises permanently, and the Management is obliged to report the matter to the authorities.
