PalaCinema Locarno

PalaCinema Locarno produces, co-produces, researches and presents its own installations and events, actively contributing to cultural vitality and the audiovisual sector. It selects and hosts audiovisual cultural installations, making them available to the public, and provides spaces and venues for resident institutions to hold their activities and events.

Bringing together the Locarno Film Festival, CISA, the Ticino Film Commission, SUPSI’s media laboratory and MINT, RSI and PalaCinema itself under one roof is no coincidence, but a strategic choice: the daily proximity between these organisations generates continuous synergies, fostering an ecosystem in which expertise converges and creates value for the local area.
